Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Seamlessapiflow learning programs invoiced offline. The website itself does not charge cards or process checkout.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and no digital materials have been unlocked. Partial refunds may apply between 7 and 13 days before start, typically 50% of tuition after administrative fees.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests within the windows above, or within 7 days after a documented service failure that prevents access to live sessions you paid for.

Conditions for full or partial refund

• Full: timely cancelation, materials unused, seat not transferred
• Partial: late cancelation within the partial window, or prorated unused live sessions if Seamlessapiflow cancels a cohort

Non-refundable items

Completed self-paced clinics after download, third-party exam fees, customized on-site logistics already incurred, and Calibration Retainer periods already started are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@seamlessapiflow.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Seamlessapiflow

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure may allow alternative accommodations at our discretion even outside standard windows.
